Shapewear Sizing FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About Shapewear Sizing
How do I find my correct shapewear size?
To find your perfect fit, measure your bust, waist, and hips, then compare these measurements to our size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
What if I'm between two sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size. Shapewear that's too tight can be uncomfortable and may not provide the smoothing effect you're looking for.
Do shapewear sizes run small?
Our shapewear is designed to fit true to size based on our size chart. However, shapewear is meant to be form-fitting, so it will feel snugger than regular clothing.
Can I exchange my shapewear if the size doesn't fit?
Yes! We want you to find the perfect fit. Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy for details on how to exchange your shapewear for a different size.
How should shapewear fit?
Shapewear should feel snug but not restrictive. You should be able to breathe comfortably and move freely. If you experience any discomfort, rolling, or difficulty breathing, you may need a larger size.
Will shapewear stretch over time?
Quality shapewear is designed to maintain its compression and shape over time with proper care. However, some slight relaxation is normal after extended wear.
Should I size down for more compression?
No, we don't recommend sizing down. Wearing shapewear that's too small can be uncomfortable and may cause health issues. Our shapewear is engineered to provide optimal compression in your correct size.
How do I measure myself for shapewear?
Use a soft measuring tape and measure:
• Bust: Around the fullest part of your chest
• Waist: Around the narrowest part of your natural waistline
• Hips: Around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks
Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure while wearing minimal clothing.
